30-Day “Make It Right” Policy
We understand that accidents can happen. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
As all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or change-of-mind purchases.
If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For faster assistance, include clear photos of the item placed on a flat, well-lit surface.
Cancellations and Amendments
All products are made specifically for you. Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are sent to production.
Production may begin as soon as:
- Within 2 hours for Rush Shipping
- Within 12 hours for Standard Shipping
- When the listing ends (whichever comes first)
Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible or may incur additional charges.
- Afterpay Orders: Orders can only be canceled before production. Please contact our Support Team for assistance.
- Digital Products: Digital purchases cannot be canceled or refunded once payment has been processed or the download has begun.
- Pre-sale Orders: Pre-sale items cannot be canceled once the pre-sale period ends and production has started.
- Face Masks / Neck Gaiters: These items are final sale for hygiene reasons. Defective items may be eligible for replacement.
Fulfillment Guarantee
Please note that during peak or holiday seasons, fulfillment times may be longer than usual.
Fulfillment time refers to the time required to produce and prepare an order for shipment. We guarantee production and tracking information within 10 business days of purchase.
This guarantee does not include shipping or delivery time and does not apply to pre-order products.
Damaged or Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please provide clear photos showing the defect or damaged area. Photos should be taken on a flat surface with the issue clearly visible.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
If you purchased or received an item as a gift, our standard return policies apply.
Refunds
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24 business hours and must be transferred to your bank from PayPal.
- Credit / Debit Cards: Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account.
- Prepaid Cards: Refunds cannot be processed to prepaid cards.
- Afterpay Orders: Refunds are handled through Afterpay and depend on payment status.
EU Consumer Notice:
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to
personalized or made-to-order products. We reserve the right to refuse
returns in such cases.
